摘要
目的:研究溶血磷脂酸受体-2(Lysophosphatidic acid receptor-2,LPAR2)基因在胃癌中的表达及其对肿瘤浸润转移的意义。方法:利用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)技术检测LPAR2基因在56例胃癌手术切除标本中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:LPAR2基因在正常胃黏膜组织和癌旁组织中低表达,在胃癌组织中高表达,差异有统计学意义;LPAR2基因表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无明显相关性,而与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、转移及TNM分期相关联。分化程度差、浸润较深、有淋巴结转移、Ⅲ或Ⅳ期肿瘤组织中LPAR2基因的表达,明显高于分化程度较好、浸润较浅、无淋巴结转移、Ⅰ或Ⅱ期的肿瘤组织,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LPAR2基因的高表达在胃癌浸润转移中有重要意义。
Objective： To explore the expression of Lysophosphatidic acid receptor-2（LPAR2） in gastric cancer and its significance in tumor invasion and metastasis.Methods： The expression of the LPAR2 in 56 cases of gastric cancers was examined by Real time PCR（RT-PCR）and the correlation between the expression of LPAR2 and clinicopathological features was analyzed as well.Results： LPAR2 was low expressed in normal gastric mucosa tissues and those adjacent to the tumour,but high expressed in tumor tissues,with statistical significance.LPAR2 expression is correlated with differentiation degree,intramural invasion and metastasis,but not notably correlated with the sex,age,and tumor size of the patient.LPAR2 expression in the tumor tissues with poor differentiation degree,deep invasion and lymph node metastasis was remarkably higher than that in the tumour tissues with good differentiation degree,shallow invasion and without lymph node metastasis,with statistical significance.Conclusion： High expression of LPAR2 is of great significance in gastric tumor invasion and metastasis.
