摘要 目的:研究溶血磷脂酸受体在人卵巢癌细胞系和人卵巢癌组织中蛋白的表达。方法:用免疫细胞化学和免疫组织化学法检测LPA1,LPA2和LPA3蛋白在人卵巢癌细胞系3AO、OVCAR3、SKOV3和人卵巢癌组织中的表达水平。结果:免疫细胞化学显示LPA1,LPA2和LPA3蛋白在人卵巢癌细胞系中均有表达;免疫组织化学显示LPA1蛋白在正常卵巢上皮和卵巢良性肿瘤中高表达,LPA2和LPA3蛋白在人卵巢癌组织中高表达。结论:LPA1,LPA2和LPA3在人卵巢癌细胞系和人卵巢癌组织中均有广泛表达;LPA2,LPA可能与卵巢癌的发生发展密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the expression of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) receptors at protein levels in different human ovarian cancer cell lines and in human epithelial ovarian neoplasms. Methods:The immunocytochemical methods were employed to measure the expression of LPA1 ,LPA2 and LPA3 protein in cultured human ovarian cancer cell lines 3AO, OVCAR3, SKOV3 and in human epithelial ovarian neoplasms. Results:All the ovarian cancer cell lines and human epithelial ovarian neoplasms expressed LPA1 , LPA2 and LPA3 proteins. LPA1 expression rates significantly decreased in cancer compared to those in non-cancerous state (P 〈 0.05 ). LPA2, LPA3 expression rates significantly increased in cancer compared to those in non-cancerous state ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: LPA1 , LPA2 and LPA3 protein express widely in all the ovarian cancer lines and in human epithelial ovarian neoplasms. Expression levels of LPA2, LPA3 may be related to invasion and metastasis of human epithelial ovarian cancer.
