摘要
目的了解综合性医院内科留院观察病例流行病学特点。方法回顾性分析2009年1月1日-2011年12月31日留观病例资料,并进行统计分析。结果 2038例患者在年龄、性别、居住地、疾病谱、转归、死亡时间等方面显示出一定特征性分布。结论急诊留观患者疾病谱广、病情重、死亡风险高,必需高度重视。
Objective To study the spectrum of disease among internal medicine patients in emergency department. Methods Col- lecting patients date from January 2009 to December 2011 retrospectively, analyzing the date of sex, age, emergency diagnosis, etc. Results 2038 eases were involved in the study. Among these patients, there were distinctive distribution in age, gender, habitation, turnover, etc. Con- clusion There is more various spectrum of disease, higher fatality risk among these patients, it is necessary to pay more attention.
