摘要
目的:观察温阳灸法结合针刺治疗背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为灸法针刺组(温阳灸法结合针刺)和针刺组,每组30例。灸法针刺组采用温和灸关元、大椎、命门、肾俞,针刺大椎、膈俞、夹脊穴、阿是穴。对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,取穴、操作、疗程同灸法针刺组中的针刺治疗方法。观察两组患者的疗效、疼痛及体征评分。结果:灸法针刺组显愈率为83.3%(25/30),明显优于针刺组的53.3%(16/30)(P<0.01)。灸法针刺组和针刺组疼痛及体征评分治疗后均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),且灸法针刺组优于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳灸法结合针刺治疗背肌筋膜炎的疗效较好。
Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on back muscle fascitis treated with both moxibustion of Warming Yang and acupuncture. Methods ： Sixty cases were randomly divided into the combined therapy group of moxibustion of Warming Yang and acupuncture （ combined therapy group ） and acupuncture group, 30 cases for each group. In combined therapy group, Guanyuan（ RN4 ）, Dazhui （ DU14 ）, Mingmen （ DU4 ）, Shenshu （ BI23 ） were treated with moxibustion of Warming Yang ; Dazhui （ DU 14 ）, Geshu （ BL17 ）, （ Jiaji （ EX - B2 ）, Ashipoint were punctured. In acupuncture group, acupuncture was simply applied, the acupoints selection and manipulation were the same as those in the combined therapy group, Observing before and after treatment of the therapeutic effects and clinical symptomsign scores. Results：The cured and markedly effective rate was 83.3 % （25/30） in combined therapy group,and 53.3% （16/30） in acupuncture group. The therapeutic effect in combined therapy group was superior to that in acupuncture group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The improvements of symptomsign scores in two groups after treatment were more significant than that before treatment and the score in the combined therapy group was superior to that in acupuncture group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：The therapeutic effects on back muscle fascitis treated with both moxibustion of Warming Yang and acupuncture are preferable.
