摘要
通过对西方针刺和传统针灸体表位置、作用机制、临床疗效等方面进行文献比较,探索西方针刺和传统针灸治疗慢性疼痛的异同,认为西方激痛点针刺治疗慢性疼痛获得了广泛的社会认可度,与传统中医针灸穴位治疗疼痛在体表位置,作用机制以及临床疗效方面既有差别又有一致性,它建立在现代解剖学,生理学和病理学基础上是对传统中医的延伸和创新。
We have explored the difference and similarity of western needling and traditional acupuncture in treating chronic pain through comparing superficial locations, mechanism and clinical effects of western needling and traditional acupuncture. Western needling of trigger point in treating chronic pain has obtained social recognition and it had the difference and similarity comparing with traditional acupuncture which was the extension and innova- tion of traditional Chinese medicine founded on the modern anatomy, physiology and pathology.
