摘要
目的观察微波疗法对网球肘的治疗效果。方法2007年9月～2008年9月60例网球肘患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。治疗组运用微波局部治疗,对照组采用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外用揉擦合并磁贴贴敷治疗。在治疗前后记录患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)值及肘关节旋前旋后的关节活动范围(ROM)值。结果治疗后治疗组的VAS值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),ROM的恢复也强于对照组。结论应用微波治疗网球肘效果明显,副作用小,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyse the effect of microwave therapy on tennis elbow. Methods 60 patients with tennis elbow during September, 2007 to September, 2008 were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment received microwave thera py while control group was treated with Diclofenac Diethylamine. All patients were evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） before and after the treatment. Results The VAS is lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Microwave therapy is effective on tennis elbow.
