摘要
通过Dynaform数值模拟方法研究了材料性能、毛坯形状、模具间隙、压边力等对下侧门成形质量的影响因素,通过对数值模拟计算结果的分析得出了材料采用本溪钢厂09CuPCrNi-A、1,425×1,120mm的矩形毛坯形状、模具间隙采用坯料厚度的1.0倍、压边力为120T等结论。该结论应用到冲压工艺和模具优化设计中,产品质量得到了明显改善。
The paper studied on the factors, which influences the forming quality, such as materials properties, blank shape and die clearance Dynaform. Through the analysis of numerical simulation, the paper showed that the material should be 09CuPCrNi, with a rectangular shape of 1425 × 1120, the clearance between dies should be 1.0 times of blank thickness and the blank-holder force should be 120T. The results were applied to the stamping process and die optimal design, product quality obviously improved.
