摘要
结合深圳妈湾发电总厂一、二、三期工程6×300MW机组热工控制系统的设计和应用情况,从系统硬件、软件、分散度、可靠性及一体化程度等方面对INFI 90型、PROCONTROL P型和XDPS 400型分散控制系统(DCS)进行了分析、比较。总体来说,XDPS 400型DCS在诸多方面,特别是人机接口方面具有一定的优势,但系统资料有待完善;随着电子技术的发展,INFI 90型DCS的人机接口部分和系统开放程度会得到加强;而PROCONTROL P型DCS则属于过时的产品,将会被市场淘汰。
In combination with the design and application of the distributed control systems (DCS) for 6×300 MW units in Phase Ⅰ~Ⅲ projects of Shenzhen Mawan General Power Plant, a comparison among INFI-90, PROCONTROL-P and XDPS-400 DCS is made in terms of their system hardware, software, degree of decentralization, reliability and integration. Generally speaking, XDPS-400 DCS is advantageous in many aspects, especially in man-machine interface; yet there is still room for improvement in system data. The man-machine interface and the opening level of INFI-90 will be strengthened with the development of electronic technology, but the outmoded PROCONTROL-P will fall into disuse.
