医院信息管理计算机化、网络化、数据化将是建设现代化医院不可少的基本条件。计算机网络管理系统的应用，给医院的管理及患者就诊带来了极大的方便，既提高了工作效率，又改进了医疗质量。
It is essential and of much necessity for a construction of modern hospitals to carry out information management with computers, networks, and data. The application of the computers network system to the hospital management brings about many convenience to the patient, which can not only upgrade the working efficiency, but also improve the medical service quality.
