摘要
目的:研究吉祥草根茎中化学成分,寻找抗肿瘤活性物质.方法:运用反相常压柱色谱和制备高效液相对其化学成分进行分离,通过理化性质和波谱分析方法鉴定结构.结果:从吉祥草根茎的乙醇提取物中分离得到3个甾体化合物及2个黄酮,经鉴定其结构分别为nicotianoside B(1),胡萝卜苷(2),β-ecdysone(2β,3β,14α,20R,22R,25-hexahydroxy-5β-cholest-7-en-6-one)(3),槲皮素(4),芦丁(5).结论:化合物3为首次从该属植物中分离获得.
To study the chemical constituents from rhizome of Reineckia carnea and search for bioactive compounds with potential antitumor activity.The compounds were isolated by RP-C18 column chromatography and preparative HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of the spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidences.Three steroids(1-3) and two flavonoids(4-5) were obtained from the Reineckia carnea rhizomes.Their structures were determined as Nicotianoside B(1),Daucosterol(2),β-ecdysone(2β,3β,14α,20R,22R,25-hexahydroxy-5β-cholest-7-en-6-one)(3),Quercetin(4) and Rutin(5),respectively.Compound 3 was isolated from the Reineckia carnea for the first time.
