摘要
选用熊果酸为对照品,5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸为显色剂,以分光光度法测定灵芝中总三萜的含量。实验结果表明:在548nm波长下,标准品在12~53μg范围内,吸光度与含量呈良好的线性关系,在4~45min内稳定。该方法操作简便,快速,灵敏度高和重复性好,可用于灵芝及其相关产品的质量控制。
Total triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum was quantified by spectrometry method using ursolic acid as standard and 5 % vanillin - glacial acetic acid & perchloric acid as color - developing agents. The resuits showed that the content of the standard was well correlated to its optical density at 548 nm in the range of 12 -53 μg with a stability within 4 -45 min. The above method for the quantification was proved to have the advantages of simple operation, rapidity, high sensitivity and fine repetition, and it should be helpful for monitoring the quality of Ganoderma lucidum material and related products.
