摘要
为临床合理选择用药,进一步开发研究吉祥草[Reineckia carnea(Andr.)Kunth]资源,以“吉祥草”“Reineckia carnea(Andr.)Kunth”等为关键词查阅相关典籍和文献,对吉祥草的名称、产地、性能、功效、方药进行考证。结果表明,吉祥草别名主要有小青胆、小叶万年青、玉带草;其药用部位主要为全草,较少用到根茎;性能主要为甘、平、凉;功效主要有清肺止咳、凉血止血、解毒利咽;主治咳嗽、哮喘、疳积、腰痛、骨折等病症。后续可从药理作用方面入手研究吉祥草临床应用,进一步研究其药效基础和作用机制等,促进吉祥草资源开发与利用。
In order to select rational drug use in clinical practice and further develop and study the resources of auspicious grass[Reineckia carnea(Andr.)Kunth],relevant classics and literatures were consulted with the keywords of‘Auspicious grass’and‘Reineckia carnea(Andr.)Kunth’.The name,origin,performance,efficacy and prescription of auspicious grass were studied.Re⁃sults show that Reineckia carnea(Andr.)Kunth alias mainly has Xiaoqingdan,Xiaoyewannianqing,Yudaicao;Its medicinal parts are mainly whole grass,and the rhizome is rarely used;Performance is mainly sweet,neutral,cool;The main effects are clearing lung to stop cough,cooling blood to stop bleeding,detoxification and pharynx;The main treatment of cough,asthma,malnutrition,low back pain,fracture and other diseases.In the future,the clinical application of auspicious grass can be studied from the aspects of pharma⁃cological effects,and the pharmacodynamic basis and mechanism of action can be further studied to promote the development and utili⁃zation of auspicious grass resources.
