摘要
多数高校实验室排放的液、废气、固体废弃物对环境污染较大,但是目前国家环境保护部门对它们的污染排放没有具体的约束性的法规,监管难度较大。为了减少高校实验室对周围环境的污染,提出了国家环境保护部门应推行高校实验室环境保护许可证制度。
The wastes of liquid,gas,and solid drain discharged laboratories in universities have polluted environment seriously.But the state environmental protection department was lack of gate rules for its in Environmental pollution also was hard to take charge of its.The permit system of environmental protection in university laboratory was put forward to reduce the pollution for the state environmental protection department.
