摘要
研究了若干所美国知名高校实验室安全管理的具体做法，分析了安全管理组织架构、安全管理内容、安全管理制度以及安全教育方式，开拓思路，提出了对我国高校实验室安全管理具有借鉴意义的举措。
The management of environment, safety and health in the universities of the United States are inves- tigated, including the management system, managed contents, the regulations and safety training. Some advices and initiatives related to safety management in the universities in China are proposed.
