在高校实验室中实施人本管理,就要充分尊重所有人员的个人价值,充分调动和发挥人的积极性和创造性。其核心是自我管理,突出人在管理中所起的作用,体现以人为中心的管理理念。最终目标是实现组织和个人利益的双赢,促进高校实验室的快速和可持续发展。
The implementation of human-based management in laboratory of universites should respect the personal value of all of staff,mobilize and play their enthusiasm and creativeness fully.The core is self-management,eiving prominence to the function of human in management and embodying the idea of people-oriented management.The ultimate goal is to realize win-win situation of organization and individual and promote the rapid and sustainable development of laboratory in universities.
