摘要
先进的实验设施是实验室建设的重要物资保证基础。文中通过对高校仪器设备采购过程进行研究,加强仪器设备采购过程的管理,以期规范高校仪器设备采购管理程序,避免科研教育资金浪费,保证高校实验室建设工作的顺利进行。
Advanced experimental facilities are important materials basis to ensure the laboratory building.This paper investigated university research equipment procurement process,in order to strengthen the management of equipment procurement process,to regulate the management of university equipment procurement procedures,to avoid the waste of research and education funds to ensure the university laboratory building work carried out smoothly.
