摘要
随着学校办学规模的快速发展,各专项采购资金投入越来越多,对采购工作提出了更高的要求。把过程控制方法引入学校采购管理过程,在分析设计学校的采购过程和明确各参与方工作职责的基础上,对采购过程的三个主要阶段分别进行关键过程和管控因素分析,提出了相应的管控措施。采购过程中控制方法的使用有助于提升学校采购管理工作水平。
With the rapid development of school-running scale,more and more special procurement funds have been invested,higher requirements have been put forward for procurement.With the purchasing process analyzed and responsibilities of each participant defined,the process control method has been introduced into the procurement management to conduct key process and control factor analysis in the three major stages.Countermeasures are thus put forward.The application of process control in the procurement process help to improve the procurement management at colleges and universities.
