糖尿病的外科治疗及社区管理 被引量：3

摘要 1 背景 糖尿病是一种常见的慢性内分泌疾病,严重威胁着人类健康[1],随着城市化的进展和生活方式的改变,我国糖尿病的发病率呈逐年大幅上升趋势.新近的流行病学调查显示,我国成年人中糖尿病的发病率为9.7%,而糖尿病前期病变发病率为15.5%,据此推算我国糖尿病患者已达9 240万,糖尿病前期患者人数更多达1.48亿,我国已成为全球糖尿病患者最多的国家[2].
