2型糖尿病的外科治疗 被引量：20

摘要 糖尿病已成为影响人类健康的重要问题．并严重制约着经济和社会的发展。目前．2型糖尿病仍以内科治疗为主．然而并没有一种方法能够较为满意地控制该病及其并发症．尤其对伴有代谢综合征其他疾病的患者。对因超重等原因接受胃肠手术的临床研究提示．外科手术对2型糖尿病的控制可能有其独立的作用．进而提出2型糖尿病外科治疗的概念。本文对2型糖尿病外科治疗的手术方式、疗效评价及可能的作用机制进行探讨。
