摘要
目的:对不同结香方法与国产沉香挥发性化学成分的相关性进行研究。方法:以三氯甲烷冷浸提取沉香的挥发性成分,并采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术进行分析鉴定。结果:天然沉香的化学成分主要为2(-2-苯乙基)色酮类化合物与倍半萜类成分,两者的相对含量之比在0.78~2.32之间。刀砍物理法沉香的化学成分与天然沉香较相似,2(-2-苯乙基)色酮类化合物与倍半萜类成分的相对含量之比为2.43;化学刺激法沉香的2(-2-苯乙基)色酮类化合物含量明显高于倍半萜类成分,其相对含量之比为12.86。结论:对不同结香方法所得沉香的挥发性化学成分进行差异分析,可为不同方法结香效果的评价奠定基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the correlation between the volatile constituents of Aquilaria sinensis and the inducing methods. METHODS: The volatile constituents of A. sinensis were extracted by cold-maceration with chloroform and analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS: The volatile constituents of naturally formed A. sinensis mainly consisted of 2-(2-phenylethyl) chromone and sesquiterpene, and their content ratios were between 0.78-2.32. The content ratio by cutting inducing method was 2.43, which was similar to the naturally formed A. sinensis. The content ratio by chemical stimulation inducing method was 12.86, in which 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromone was apparently higher than sesquiterpene. CONCLUSION: The volatile constituents differences of A. sinensis formed by different inducing methods are analyzed and the results lay a good foundation for the evaluation of different A. sinensis inducing methods.
