摘要
本文根据沉香中挥发油与香草醛反应呈紫红色,且含量越高,显色越明显的原理,研究了一种目视比色的方法,以检验沉香的等级。与醇浸物含量测定结果比较,表明该方法具有准确、简便、快速的特点。
This thesis according to principle of the reaction by volatil oils of Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum with vanillin and assumed purplish red colour, the more the content,the clearer the colour. We studied a method of colorimetric analysis by the naked eye, so -as to test the grade of Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum. Comparing with result of content of alcohol extracts, it showed the method was accurate,simple and rapid.
