摘要
目的研究沉香药材中2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类成分。方法采用色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从沉香乙醇提取物中分得1个色酮成分6-羟基-2-[2-(3′-甲氧基-4′-羟基苯乙基)]色原酮(6-hydroxy-2-[2-(3′-methoxy-4′-hydroxyphenylethyl)]chromone,)和1个三萜类成分常春藤皂苷元hederagenin(Ⅱ)。结论化合物为新化合物,化合物为首次从沉香药材中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lignurn Aquilariae Resinatum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical constant and spectral analysis. Results The compounds were determined as 6-hydroxy-2-[2-（3＇-methoxy-4＇-hydroxy phenylethyl）] chromone （I） and a triterpene,hederagenin （Ⅱ）. Conclusion Compound I is a new compound and compound Ⅱ is found in this plant for the first time.
