摘要
琉璃苣在欧美国家传统用作蔬菜、调味品、观赏花卉;药用用来治疗湿疹、月经不调等症,并用作治疗抑郁症的药物。现代研究表明其种子中γ-亚麻酸含量很高,有多种药理作用和保健功效。琉璃苣在我国引种栽培已获得成功。主要论述了琉璃苣油的化学成分、保健功能、加工方法等研究近况,为开发利用这一宝贵资源提供参考。
Borage is traditionally used as vegetable, flavoring and ornamental flower in America and Europe. And used as medicinal plant to cure eczema, menstrual disorders and to dispel depression, etc. The latest studies indicate its seeds contain high content of γ- linolenic acid and show many pharmacological actions and healthcare functions. Borage has been successfully cultivated in China for decades. Tile chemical components, heahhcare functions and processing methods of borage oil was summarized in this paper to give reference for its development and utilization.
