摘要
采用微波处理方式,对产γ-亚麻酸的一株雅致小克银汉霉D5进行诱变处理,选育得到一株高产γ-亚麻酸的菌株D5-89。与出发菌株相比,该菌株γ-亚麻酸含量在油脂中的比例从10.31%提高到19.76%;发酵液中γ-亚麻酸的产量从0.3648 g/L提高到0.6832 g/L,提高了87.28%。该性状经过10次传代仍保持稳定。
A mutant strain D5-89 of high producing γ-linolenic acid was screened from its parent strain Cunningharnella elegans D5 which producing γ-linolenic acid by microwave irradiation. By contrast with its parent's, the content of γ-linolenic acid in the oil increased from 10.31% to 19.76 %, and the yield of γ-linolenic acid in fermentation culture increased by 87.28% from 0.3648 g/L to 0.6832 g/L. Its high capacity for producing g-linolenic acid remained stable after subculture for ten times.
