玻璃苣油中高浓度γ-亚麻酸甲酯的分离和检测 被引量:2

摘要 采用新型酯化法,仅10min即完成油中各脂肪酸的甲酯化.用尿素络合法从玻璃苣油中分离出高浓度γ-亚麻酸甲酯,经用石墨化碳黑作为载体涂层制备出的DEGS(丁二酸二乙二醇聚酯)PLOT玻璃毛细管柱进行GC分析,纯度达93%以上.为获得r-亚麻酸标准品提供了一条可靠的途径. In the paper,bring to success methyl esterification of fatty acid in oil in the short space of tenminute by new technique of ester. Having separated high concentrated metyl r-linolenic from Borago offici-nalic L. by urea complexing. Examination by gas chromatography of DEGS.PLOT glass capillary columncoated with graphitized carbon black confirmed that the purity of r-linolenic was up to 93.1389%.For ob-tain standard material of r- linolenic supplied a reliable way.
