摘要
目的通过开展微波照射对深Ⅱ度烫伤大鼠感染创面分泌物溶菌酶含量的影响,证实低强度微波对创面具有提高免疫、抗菌、消炎的作用。方法采用40只Wistar健康清洁级雄性大白鼠,建立大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤感染模型,随机分为4组,每组10只,A组为生理盐水组,B组红外线照射对照组,C组低强度微波照射15min实验组,D组低强度微波照射30min实验组。分别于治疗后第17天、第14天取创面分泌物进行溶菌酶含量测定。结果低强度微波照射对烫伤大鼠创面分泌物中溶菌酶含量均有不同程度的升高作用,D组明显高于C组,且均强于B组,经t检验差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论低强度微波照射大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤感染创面,可以明显影响大鼠的非特异免疫功能,提高创面分泌物中溶菌酶含量,从而改善机体免疫功能,促进抗菌消炎作用。
Objective To explore the antiviral activity and immunological function of lower intensity microwave on wound by studying the effect of microwave on the content of lysozyme on the infected wound surface in deep-partial burned rat. Methods Forty healthy and clean Wistar rats were subjected to deep-partial thickness burn wounds and then randomly evenly divided into 4 groups as following: group A, control group with isotonic Na chloride; group B, treatment group with infrared radiation; group C, experiment group with lower intensity microware for 15 minutes; and group D, experiment group with lower intensity microware for 30 minutes. At 7 and 14 post-treatment days, counting lysozyme in wound secretion was performed. Results Content of lysozyme in wound secretion in groups C and D were both significantly higher than that in group B (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared to group C, the content of group D with long lower intensity microware exposure was higher. Conclusions Lower intensity microwave exposure shows a powerful activity on nonspecific immunity and can increase the content of lysozyme in wound secretion, thus enhancing organism immunity and promoting the antiviral activity of burn rats.
