摘要
车门结构设计是车身结构设计中的一个重要部分,以某越野车型的前车门的结构设计为例,考虑车门模态参数与刚度特性,通过采用有限元分析(FEA)仿真与实物试验相结合的方法,提出了一种切实可行的设计思路,有效解决了前期结构设计中出现的问题,缩短了车门开发时间,保证结构设计质量,最终设计出了符合各项要求的车门结构,为将来车门开发积累了设计经验.
Door structure's design is an important part of body design. In this paper, the structure design of front door of an off-road vehicle is studied. Considering modal parameters and stiffness character of door, an eligible design method is presented by combining FEA simulation and full scale experiments. The method is used to solve the problems time of door and assures structure's design method and experiences are accumulated appeared in the earlier structural design, shortens development quality. A optimized door structure design is given by using the for door development in the future.
