摘要
为了筛选抗寒性强的杨树品种在晋西北地区推广栽培,以6种当年扦插移植杨树离体叶片为试验材料,进行人工低温胁迫下的温度梯度和时间梯度的处理,研究它们在不同处理下的电导率值变化;通过建立Logistic回归方程,得到了6种杨树的半致死温度,并对其抗寒能力进行排序:C4>A20>K7>C38≈C51>C15。
In order to choose the strong cold hardiness kinds of poplars to expand and cultivate in northwestern Shansi area ,the paper selected I.eaves from the body of six kinds of cottage and transplanting poplar for test materials to study the conductivity value changes in the different processing poplars by artificial low temperature stress gradient and time gradient processing. Meanwhile,the paper got the half lethal temperature and the cold resistance of six kinds of pop- lars. The rank for cold resistance sorted by logistic regression was: C4)A20〉K7:〉C38≈C51≥C15.
