摘要
用电导率测定配合Logistic方程求拐点温度的方法测定了两种冷季型草坪的抗热性。结果表明,高羊茅的高温半致死温度为46.2℃,早熟禾的高温半致死温度为44.2℃,其结果与高羊茅和早熟禾的实际抗热力趋势一致。同时还对该方法的特点、在冷季型苹坪草上的应用及有关试验条件进行了讨论。
The heat resistance of two kinds of cold-season turfgrass is measured by determining the inflection point temperature through conductance ratio measurement combining with logistic equation. The half fatal temperature to tall fescua is 46.2℃ and that of poo pratensis is 44.2℃, which is consistent with their actual anti-heat trend. The characteristic of this method, its application to cold-season turfgrass and the relevant experimental conditions are also discussed in this article.
