摘要
以河北省粮油作物研究所选育的高蛋白大豆冀豆12号为母本,高油大豆冀黄13为父本所获得的F9重组自交系的148个株系为试验材料,构建该群体的连锁图谱,并对品质性状(蛋白质含量、油分含量),产量相关性状(株高、底荚高、分枝数、主茎节数、有效荚、无效荚、单株粒重、单株粒数)进行调查及QTL分析,结果表明,10个性状共检出15个QTL位点,其中蛋白和油份含量定位在A2连锁群上,贡献率分别为10%,16%,同时发现C2连锁群上聚集了与产量相关的位点。
Cross was made using high protein content variety Jidou 12 as female parent and high oil content variety Jihuang 13 as male parent,and get FgRIL population with 148 single plants. The linkage map of this population was made using F9 family. The quantitative characters such as protein and oil content as well as yield related charcaters such as plant hight, first pod hight, branch number, nod number, efective pod, sterile pod, seed weight per plant,seeds per plant were recorded and mapped. 15 QTLs for 10 characters were detected. The QTLs of protein and oil content were located on A2 linkage group,and the contribution rate is 10% and 16% respectively. The result also showed that most QTLs of the characters corelatited to yield were located on C2 linkage group.
