摘要
基于水稻增产基因OsTAW1,从大豆全基因组中鉴定出23个GmTAW1同源基因家族成员,分析了大豆GmTAW1基因家族成员的保守结构域,并利用MEGA 4.1软件构建了系统发生树。研究了大豆GmTAW1基因成员的表达特征,为大豆产量性状的分子技术改良提供了候选基因资源。
Twenty three GmTAW1 genes were identified through whole soybean genome using an yield gene Os TAW1 as a query sequence. Conserved domains were analyzed by sequence alignment,and phylogenetic tree was constructed by MEGA 4. 1 software. Expression patterns of GmTAW1 family genes were investigated in different organs in soybean. The results could supply the gene resources to improve soybean yield trait by molecular technology.
