三七总皂甙对急性缺氧时脑损伤及血中有关生化指标影响的探讨 被引量:28

摘要 本文观察了三七总皂甙对急性缺氧动物脑皮质与软脑膜微循环的保护作用,结果表明:三七总皂甙能抑制缺氧家兔第20分钟时PaO_2(缺氧组27.15±5.67,三七组39.63±6.38,P<0.01)和pH(7.21±0.04,7.30±0.03,P<0.05)的下降,并能减轻此时软脑膜微静脉的扩张(137.80±9.59,118.88±10.09,P<0.01),延长血流加速期(26.40±6.17,35.37±6.79,P<0.01)和脑血流停止时间(30.00±6.20.40.46±6.50),P<0.01)。电镜观察:三七总皂甙能减轻脑皮质细胞的损伤。血液生化指标测定:三七总皂甙具有抗低含缺氧5小时大鼠血清LPO(缺氧组4.04±0.38,三七组3.71±0.29,P<0.05)β—G活力(34.57±5.80,27.66±3.43,P<0.01)和血乳酸上升的作用。如上所述,三七总皂甙具有抗氧化、稳定溶酶体膜、改善机体能量代谢与软脑膜的微循环,因之对缺氧时脑皮质的损伤有保护作用。 Protective effect of Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) on cerebral cortex cells and pial microcirculation in acute hypoxic animals and their possible mechanisms were studied. The results showed that: PNS prevented reduction of PaO_2, (hypoxic group 27.15±5.67, PNS group 39.63±6.38, P<0.01) PH(7.21±0.04 versus, 7.30±0.03, P<0.05) and decreased the dilatation of pial venules (137.80±9.25v, 118.88±10.09, P<0.01) of hypoxic rabbits at the 20th minute; it could also prolong the micro-blood stream volocity-increasing period (26.40±6.17v, 35.37±6.79, P<0.01) and cerebral blood stream stopping time (30.00±6.20v, 40.46±6.50, P<0.01). PNS could reduce the ultrastructural damage of cerebral cortex cells under the electron microscope. The blood biochemical parameters showed as follows: PNS resistes not only rising of serum LPO(hypoxic group 4.04±0.38, PNS group 3.71±0.29, P<0.05), but also rising of β-G activity (34.57±5.80, 27.66±3.43, P<0.01) and lactate in low press hypoxic rats at the fifth hour. As described above, PNS has the function of antagonizing oxidation,stabilizing lysosome membrane, improving energy metabolism and pia 1 microcirculation.Therefore, it could protect the cerebral cortex cells from damage on acute hypoxic situation.
