摘要
研究抗肿瘤药甲氨蝶呤、阿糖胞苷、环磷酰胺、5—氟尿嘧啶和丝裂霉素C对小鼠脂质过氧化作用的影响、结果显示:5种抗肿瘤药使小鼠血清和肝、脑中MDA含量显著升高.但对肝组织体外生成MDA的速度无明显影响。提示这些药物对过氧化脂质的代谢有严重干扰。
Effects of antineoplasties drugs(CY,5 Fu,MTX,AraC and MMC)on lipid peroxidation in mice were studided. The results showed that these drugs could increase propyl Dialdehyde MDA contents in the serum and in the liver and brain tissues markedly,
