摘要
与国外科学、完备的社科期刊评价体系相比,我国社科期刊评价经历了艰难的蜕变过程,在这一过程中出现的"学术经济化"、"评价标准失范"、"过度行政化"等问题,阻碍了社科期刊评价体系的建立。人文社会科学的快速发展呼唤科学公正的期刊评价。因评价体系具有滞后性和有限性,要建立它还有一个长期的认识过程和实践过程,需要社科期刊研究者共同努力、不断探索。
In China,the rapid development of social science needs scientific and justice evaluation system of social science journals.Since the evaluation system has the characteristic of lag and limited,it needs a long-term of understanding and practice to set up a scientific evaluation system.
