摘要
精品学报乃是经编辑者精心创作、精心挑选上乘学术文章集合的期刊产品,它涵盖了具有高学术水平的"核心期刊",而笔者追求和打造的正是学术品位高、整体出版质量好、社会积极影响大的"精品学报"。因此,要顺应"核心期刊"对提高学报学术质量有益的一面而去倾力研究和创建"精品学报"路径,使争创"核心期刊"的表面性工作转入倾力营造"精品学报"的根本性工作上,使创建"核心期刊"的工作得以科学化地进行。
The quality journal is journal products collection of excellent academic articles the editor carefully created and selected, it covers with ＂core journals＂ of high academic level, and the authors pursue and create is the journal of high-quality goods with high academic grade, good overall punishment quality, and great social positive influence. Therefore, to comply with the beneficial side of ＂core journals＂ on improving the quality of academic journals,we should research and create ＂boutique journal＂, shift the superficiality job of achieving the ＂core journals＂ to the fundamental work of the construction of ＂high-quality goods＂, and make the creation work of ＂core journals＂ proceeded scientifically.
