摘要
现阶段我国的劳动关系从总体上看基本是和谐的,同时也存在一些矛盾,一些源头性、基础性、倾向性问题需要引起高度重视。深入调研当前我国劳动关系状况,认真总结实践经验,客观分析存在的矛盾和问题,深刻认识新时期劳动关系特点,正确把握劳动关系发展变化趋势,及时提出对策建议,对于加强和改进构建和谐劳动关系工作,顺利推进"十二五"规划的实施,具有特别重要的意义。
At the present stage,China's labor relations are harmonious in general,but we should pay great attention to some conflicts and problems.It is important to investigate and research on labor relations of China,to draw lessons from the past sum up experience,to analyze conflicts and problems,to realize new characteristics of labor relations and the developing trend of labor relations,and to put forwards measures and suggestions.It will enhance the implementation of China's 12th five-year plan.
