摘要
使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及应对方式问卷对500名感染HIV的吸毒劳教人员进行测量.将获得数据与已有常模比较,并按照年龄和已劳教时间对数据进行分组比较分析.调查结果显示此群体症状因子得分均显著高于常模,除躯体化因子和总分外其余显著高于普通戒毒劳教人员,青少年组敌对性高于其余年龄组,已劳教时间较长者更倾向于采用合理化应对方式.调查对象总体中倾向于采用成熟应对方式者SCL-90中各症状痛苦感体验更弱,但成熟应对方式因子对总症状指数预测效应不显著.感染HIV的吸毒劳教人员心理健康状况存在较严重问题,青少年组的情绪问题较突出,成熟的应对方式对心理症状体验减轻有显著作用.
An investigation has carried out using self-reporting inventory （SCL-90） and copying style scale to test the drug addictes reeducated through labour （drug addictes） with HIV to get a data and compare the data with the norms in different groups, according to the different ages and periods in prison. The survey shows that this group has higher score than the norms in syptom aspect, and are significant higher than the ordinary drug addictes except general scores and somatizaton factor. The teen-age group has higher hostility than other groups. The longer time in prison, the more reasonable coping style they will choose. The drug addictes who tend to choose mature coping style have less painful experiences than the others. There are serious phycological problem in drug addictes with HIV, especially the teenagers. So the mature coping style has outstanding effect in relieving them.
