摘要
目的 观察抗纤软肝煎剂治疗慢性肝炎、肝炎肝硬变的临床疗效。方法 2 0 0例患者随机分组 ,治疗组 1 0 0例 ,口服抗纤软肝煎剂 ,每日 1剂 ;对照组 1 0 0例 ,静脉点滴复方丹参注射液1 6ml,每日 1次。临床观察 2组肝功能、肝纤维化 4项及乙肝病毒复制标志物HBe Ag及 HBVDNA。结果 治疗组综合疗效总有效率 91 % ,改善肝功能总有效率 94% , 型前胶原、透明质酸、层粘连蛋白明显改善 ,以上诸项与对照组比较 ,疗效提高 ,有显著或极显著差别。结论 抗纤软肝煎剂治疗慢性肝炎、肝炎肝硬变有较好疗效 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacies of Kangxian Ruangan Decoction on chronic hepatitis and the hepatitis induced liver cirrhosis.Methods One hundred patients with chronic hepatitis and 62 patients with the hepatitis induced liver cirrhosis, were randomly divided into two groups. In treated group (n=100) Kangxian Ruangan Decoction was orally taken a dosage per day , in control group Fufang Danshen Injection 16 ml were infused intravenously once a day, with the therapeutic duration of 3 months. Results As compared with those in control group, the overall effective rate of combined efficacies (91%) and the rate of improved hepatic function (94%) increased significantly (P<0.01), and the plasma concentrations of procollagen IV, hyaluronic acid and lamenin decreased markedly(P<0.05). Conclusions Kangxian Ruangan Decoction is effective for the chronic hepatitis and the hepatitis induced liver cirrhosis ,especially against the hepatic fibrogenesis.
