低分子量海带岩藻多糖的制备及其抗肿瘤活性研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的研究低分子量海带岩藻多糖的制备方法及其抗肿瘤活性。方法采用酸水解法和自由基降解法制备低分子量海带岩藻多糖并利用MTT法检测低分子量岩藻多糖的抗肿瘤活性。结果利用酸水解法和自由基降解法制备了低分子量的海带岩藻多糖。MTT法检测降解前后的岩藻多糖的抗肿瘤活性,结果发现酸水解法得到的低分子量岩藻多糖的抗肿瘤活性比降解前升高,而自由基降解法得到的岩藻多糖的抗肿瘤活性有所降低。结论酸水解法制备的低分子量岩藻多糖降解程度低,具有较高的抗肿瘤活性;而自由基降解法制备的岩藻多糖降解程度高,抗肿瘤活性比较低。岩藻多糖的抗肿瘤活性与其降解程度有关,轻度降解可以提高岩藻多糖的抗肿瘤活性,过度降解可能使其抗肿瘤活性降低甚至丧失。 Objective To study the preparation and antitumor effects of low-molecular weight laminaria fucoidan. Methods The low-molecular weight fucoidan was prepared by degradation with acid and free radical.The antitumor activities of the low-molecular weight fucoidan were tested by MTT method. Results The low-molecular weight fucoidan prepared by degradation with acid possessed better anti-tumor activities than fucoidan while the low-molecular weight fucoidan prepared by degradation with free radical showed weaker antitumor ativities than fucoidan. Conclusion The low-molecular weight fucoidan prepared by acid degradation possesses better anti-tumor activities and the low-molecular weitght fucoidan prepared by free radical shows weaker anti-tumor activities than fucoidan.The antitumor activities of the low-molecular weight fucoidan depend on their degradation degree.The mild degradation can increase the antitumor activities of the fucoidan,while the severe degradation can decrease the antitumor activities of the fucoidan.
