摘要
目的研究O/W型微乳对肉桂油的增溶作用。方法选用肉桂油为研究对象,滴水法制备微乳剂并绘制伪三元相图,考察溶剂、乳化剂、助乳化剂、Km对肉桂油增溶的影响。结果以肉豆蔻酸异丙酯为溶剂、HEL-40为乳化剂、正丁醇为助乳化剂,Km=2处方最佳,肉桂油的添加比例以占总油量的50%为宜。结论 O/W型微乳对肉桂油有增溶作用,可为肉桂油的制剂研究提供一定基础。
Objective To study the solubilization of O/W micro-emulsion for cinnamon oil. Methods The effects of solvent,emulsifier,co-emulsifier and Km to the solubilization were studied by the pseudo-ternary phase diagram which was prepared by the method of dripping water. Results The best prescription was as follows:with IPM as solvent,HEL-40 as emulsifier,n-butanol as co-emulsifier,Km=2.The ratio of cinnamon oil was 50% of the oil phase. Conclusion It is recommended to select a new method to solve the stabilization of cinnamon oil in the liquid preparation by the solubilization of suitable formulation of micro-emulsion.
