摘要
目的:探讨以O/W型微乳液为溶剂同时提取丹参中脂溶性和水溶性成分的可行性。方法:以O/W型微乳为溶剂提取丹参,采用不同溶剂(微乳、不同浓度乙醇)进行不同提取方法(加热、微波、超声波)的提取实验,用HPLC测定丹参微乳提取液中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量,比较微乳对于丹参中脂溶性和水溶性成分的提取效率及其影响因素。采用薄层色谱方法对比不同提取液薄层图谱的异同。结果:用微乳加热提取丹参,可同时提取药材中70%以上的丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B,微乳的配方组成和提取方法对丹参中的脂溶性成分具有显著影响。结论:利用微乳的特性,可同时提取中药中不同溶解性质的成分,为微乳用于中药提取的适宜性提供实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of extracting the fat-soluble and the water-solubility substances from Salviae Miltiorrhizae with O/W Microemulsion. Method: With the yield of Tanshinone ⅡA and Salvianolic acid B as index, compere with efficiency of extracting Salviae Miltiorrhizae by suing the different media (water, alcohol and microcmulsion), using different extraction methods (heat, microwave, ultrasonic), using different formulations of O/W microemulsion. Result: The extracting yield of Tanshinone ⅡA and Salvianolic acid B are more than 70% by using microemulsion at mean time. It is good of the abilities of extraction of liposolubility compounds such as the TanshinoneⅡA by the microemulsion. The formulations of microemulsion have remarkable effect for extracting Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Condution: It is feasibiale that extracted Salviae Miltiorrhizae by using O/W mieroemulsion as a solvents.
