TXA_2和PGI_2与不同种系大鼠缺氧性肺血管收缩反应差异的关系 被引量:2

摘要 本实验通过测定Wistar大鼠和Hilltop大鼠缺氧时动静脉血浆中TXB_2和6-酮-PGF_(1α)浓度变化,研究TXA_2和PGI_2在不同种系大鼠缺氧性肺血管收缩反应(HPV)以及反应性差异中的作用。结果表明PGI_2对维持此两种大鼠肺循环低阻力状态起重要作用。Hilltop大鼠在缺氧时TXA_2增加,部分介导HPV,而Wistar大鼠在缺氧时PGI_2增加对HPV具调节作用。这可能是Hilltop大鼠对急性肺泡缺氧的反应性强于Wistar大鼠的主要机制。 TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_(1α) levels of arterial and venous plasma in Wistar and4 Hilltep rats were measured to investigate the roles of TXA_2 and PGI_2 in the hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction(HPV) and responsiveness difference of pulmonary vessels to hypoxia between different strains of rats. The results showed that PGI_2 might play an important role in maintaining the low resistance of pulmonary circulation in these two strains of rats. TXA, increased during hypoxia might partially mediate HPV in Hilltop rats, on the contrary, PGI_2 augmented during hypoxia might modulate HPV in Wistar rats. This might be the major methanism responsible for the more intensive responsiveness of pulmonary vessels to hypoxia in Hilltop than in Wistar rats.
