摘要
应用放射免疫法测定了30例健康人和27例外源性哮喘患者血浆中 TXB_2,6-keto-FGF_(12)水平。结果表明,哮喘患者发作期与缓解期 TXB_2水平、TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_1α比值均显著增高。6-Keto-PGF_1α水平发作期明显降低。提示哮喘患者存在 TXB_2-PGI_2之间平衡失调。缓解期 TXB_2水平增高可能是哮喘易复发的原因之一。
We measured the plasma thromboxane(TXB_2)and 6-keto-prostaglanding E_1α (6-keto-PGE_1α)in 27 extrinsic asthmatic patients and 30 normal subjects with radioimmunoassay.We found that the plasma TXB_2 levels and ratio of TXB_2/6-keto- PGE_1α in symptomatic and asymptomatic groups were significantly higher than those of normal subjects.The plasma 6-keto-PGF_1α levels in symptomatic group were apparantly lower than those of normal subjects.These results suggeste that imbalance between TXA_2 and PGI_2 may play an important role in pathogenesis of extrinsic asthma,and that high TXB_2 levels in stable asthma may be one of the factors leabing to extrinsic asthmatic attack.
