摘要
【目的】观察全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)和 1,2 5 二羟维生素D3 对大肠癌细胞株LoVo细胞周期的影响。【方法】流式细胞术测定细胞周期的分布。【结果】ATAR和 1,2 5 二羟维生素D3 使LoVo阻止在G0 /G1期 ,未发现明显的亚G1峰。【结论】单独或联合使用ATRA和 1,2 5 二羟维生素D3 均具有诱导分化LoVo细胞的作用 ,这种诱导分化与细胞凋亡无关。
Objective To observe the effects of all trans retinoic acid (ATRA) and 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D 3 on cell cycle of large intestinal cancer cell line LoVo. Method The distribution of cell cycle was determined by flowcytometry. Results The LoVo cells were arrested in the G 0/G 1 phase by ATRA and 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D 3, the sub G 1 peak was not found. Conclusion The differential effects of LoVo cells are observed not only in the combination of using ATRA and 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D 3 but also in using one inducer only. These kinds of differentiation are not related with apoptosis.
