摘要
目的探讨"百会"透"曲鬓"头针疗法对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑细胞凋亡和胞浆型磷脂酶A2(cytosolic phospholipase A2,cPLA2)及c-fos、c-jin蛋白表达的影响。方法采用线栓法制成大脑中动脉缺血再灌注(middle cerebral artery ischemia reperfusion,MCA-IR)模型,应用TUNEL法检测脑细胞凋亡,用免疫组化法检测cPLA2、c-fos和c-jin在皮层脑组织中表达,用头针疗法针刺患侧"百会"透"曲鬓"穴。结果大鼠脑损伤时,针刺能明显抑制cPLA2、c-fos和c-jin蛋白表达,并能降低神经细胞凋亡,与假手术对照组比较,具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论头针"百会"透"曲鬓"对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与头针抗细胞凋亡,下调cPLA2及c-fos和c-jin蛋白表达有关。
Objective： To observe the effects of the BaiHui-QuBin scalp-acupuncture on the expression of cytoso｜ic phospholipase A2 （cPLA2 ） ,c-fos and c-jun protein in fbcal cerebral ischcmia reperfusion injury rats. Methods： Thread technique was used to make models of middle cerebral artery ischemic-reperfusion（MCA-IR） , Apoptosis was measured by TUNEL staining method ,while the cPLA2 ,c-fos and c-jun protein expression were measured by immunohistochemistry. The rats of the pinprick set were acupunctured on the trouble side by BaiHui- QuBin scalp-acupuncture. Results： Scalp-acupuncture remarkably inhibited the expression of ePLA2, c-los and c-jun protein,it also inhibited the cortex cerebral apoptosis in rats with ischemia cerebral injury. Compared with the control group, with significant statistical difference （P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusions： The therapy of BaiHui-QuBin Scalp-acupuncture can protect cerebral tissues by The down-regulation of expression of cPLA2 c-fos c-jun protein and inhibiting cell apoptosis in ischemia reperfusin injury.
