摘要 目的 :探讨运动疗法早期介入对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体运动功能及脑血管血液动力学指标(CVHI)的影响。方法 :急性脑梗死偏瘫患者 6 0例 ,随机分为 2组 ,治疗用药基本相同 ,运动组早期介入运动疗法 ,治疗前后进行评定。结果 :治疗 1个月后FMA评分及脑血管血液动力学指标 2组与治疗前比较均有改善 ,但运动组改善程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;结论 :运动疗法早期介入对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能恢复有着重要作用 ,同时能促进患者CVHI的改善。 Objective: To investigate the influence of earlier kinesitherapy intervention on the motor function and cerebral vascular hemodynamic index (CVHI) of hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty cases of hemiplegic patients with acute infarction were randomized into two groups: kinesitherapy intervention group and control group, without significant difference statistically in general conditions and were given the same drug treatment. Motor function of these patients was assessed before and after one month of kinesitherapy intervention. Results: The FMA score as well as CVHI of either group were improved after 1 month of treatment, but it was improved to a larger extent for the kinesitherapy intervention group; Conclusion: Early kinesitherapy intervention plays a very important role for the functional recovery of hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction, and can promote the amelioration of CVHI of these patients.
