摘要
偏身运动功能障碍是脑卒中后最主要后遗症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,给家庭和社会带来负担。有研究表明,头针能显著改善神经功能缺损症状,促进患者肢体运动功能的恢复。该文从头针对血肿、脑水肿和血脑屏障,血肿物质释放,免疫和炎症反应,病灶区域血流动力学,神经干细胞增殖与分化等方面的影响,探析促进脑卒中后偏身运动功能障碍的可能恢复机制,确立头针-中枢皮层反射区联系途径理论,为提高头针治疗的临床效果提供有力的生理学证据支持。
Partial body movement dysfunction is one of the most main complications after stroke. The symptoms of the serious influence the patient's quality of life,bring burden to family and society. Studies have shown that the scalp needle could significantly improved the symptoms of nerve function defect and enhanced the recovery of patients with limb movement function. In this paper,we analysis to promote partial body movement dysfunction after stroke may recover mechanism from the hematoma,cerebral edema and blood brain barrier,hematoma material release,immune and inflammatory responses,hemodynamic lesion area,neural stem cells and differentiated value-added effect,established the head pin- central cortex reflection area contact way theory,to improve the scalp needle treatment the clinical effect of provide physiological evidence of strong support.
