摘要
近年来糖尿病的发病率越来越高,对其研究也成为一大热点。综述治疗糖尿病的热点靶点在最近几年的研究进展,主要包括新型葡萄糖-钠协同转运蛋白2(SGLT2)、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)、二肽基肽酶Ⅳ(DPP-Ⅳ)、过氧化物酶体增殖活化受体(PPAR)、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶-1B(PTP-1B)等,以期为其进一步研究和临床应用提供参考。
The incidence of diabetes mellitus （DM） is becoming greater and study on it has become a hot topic in recent years. This article showed the latest progress in study on the targets of DM, such as SGLT2, GLP-1, DPP-IV, PPAR, and PTP-1B, so as to provide the reference for the further research and clinical application of drug used in treatment of DM.
