摘要
目的评价当归阿胶口服液改善缺铁性贫血的效果。方法选雌性断乳大鼠80只,以低铁饲料喂养造模后选血红蛋白(Hb)<100 g/L的个体,按Hb水平分层随机分为低铁对照组和3个试验组,每组12只大鼠。设试验剂量为5.00、2.50、1.25 ml/kg.bw,低铁对照组给予去离子水。每日1次经口灌胃给样,试验周期42 d。试验终末测定大鼠Hb和红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)含量。结果与低铁对照组相比较,各剂量组大鼠Hb含量显著上升,FEP含量显著降低。结论当归阿胶口服液有改善缺铁性贫血的作用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of angelica and donkey- hide gelatin oral liquid in improving iron deficiency anemia in rats. Methods Eighty weaning female rats were fed with iron deficient diet. When the rat models of iron defi- ciency anemia were set up, the rats with hemoglobin 〈 100 g/L were randomly divided into ：four groups based on Hb level, including low- iron control group and three experimental groups （each n= 12）. The test doses were 5.00, 2.50, and 1.25 ml/kg · bw, respectively. Low- iron control group was given deionized water. The rats were orally given test sample for 42 days, once a day. At the end of the test, Hb and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin （FEP） were measured. Results Compared with low- iron control group, the Hb levels of test groups were significantly increased, while the FEP content decreased significantly. Conclusions Angelica and donkey- hide gelatin oral liquid is effective in improving iron deficiency anemia.
