摘要
目的 探索眶爆裂性骨折的手术时机及处理方法。方法 观察对比早期与晚期手术的效果 ,探讨手术方法。采用下睑整形切口或眶内下切口 ,解除组织嵌顿 ,植入硅橡胶 ,重建眶下壁或眶内壁 ,恢复眼眶容积 ,矫正眼球内陷。结果 早期手术病例粘连程度轻 ,嵌顿组织较晚期手术易复位 ,眼球内陷及眼肌功能改善也好于晚期手术者。结论 伤后 2周经保守治疗无效者 ,应尽早进行手术治疗。
Objective To approach the timing and method of management of orbital blowout fracture.Methods The plastic incisions of lower eyelid and the inner lower orbital margin incision were used,extricating the incarcerated tissues,implanting the silicon gel,reconstructing the lower and inner walls of orbit,resuming the volume of orbit,correcting the eyeball sink. Results The results showed that early operation was better than the late about adhesion,extricating incarcerated tissues,eyeball sink and the functions of muscles.Conclusion If the conservative treatment is invalid after two weeks of trauma,it should be operated early.
